Robert Wilkinson

Mr. Wilkinson represents private and publicly held companies, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance, formation of business entities, and a large variety of contracts.  He has represented a wide variety of clients, including private equity firms, financial institutions, consulting firms, investors, and numerous businesses.  He has represented both buyers and sellers in complex mergers as well as stock and asset purchases and sales in multi-million dollar transactions.  His practice includes preparation of securities registration statements, private placement offerings, assisting public companies with preparation of annual reports, quarterly reports, other shareholder reports, and with compliance matters.  It also includes transactions with companies in Japan, the United Kingdom, Belgium and Argentina.
    
Mr. Wilkinson’s corporate practice includes the formation, reorganization and combination of corporations, the drafting of shareholder agreements and other corporate contracts and related corporate matters.
    
He is admitted to practice before the Utah Supreme Court and United States District Court for the District of Utah.
