For over 20 years, Mr. Anderson has been a leading trial lawyer in the western United States.  His practice focuses in the areas of Eminent Domain, Land Use, Intellectual Property, Construction, Employment, Commercial and Corporate Litigation.  He is also a seasoned business lawyer, representing clients in business ventures and litigation throughout the Pacific Rim area. 

Mr. Anderson is a well known Eminent Domain lawyer, and the only Utah member of the Owners Counsel of America, the leading national association of Eminent Domain practioners.  His practice has involved actions to acquire land for airport runways, aviation easements, public buildings, electrical power substations, power lines and railroad corridors, and to obtain compensation for clients whose property has been condemned for highways, power lines, pipelines and schools.  He has obtained many multi-million dollar judgments and settlements for his landowner clients and has successfully condemned critical property for major public projects.

The litigation practice of Mr. Anderson also includes intellectual property issues, such as trade secrets, trade dress, trademarks, unfair competition and non-competition , non-disclosure and non-solicitation agreements.  He has significant experience in construction litigation, representing one of the largest suppliers of structural steel building products in the United States.  He is also skilled in corporate, commercial, franchise, and securities litigation. 

Mr. Anderson is also the author of several professional publications including monographs and articles and is a frequent lecturer at seminars and other professional meetings.
